Fine Pipe Training Begins: Preparing Our Team for Future Market Opportunities

Nippon Kinzoku Malaysia has kicked off its Fine Pipe Training initiative to equip the sales team with essential product knowledge in preparation for future market expansion.
Led by a specialist from our Japan HQ, the training focuses on the Fine Pipe product — currently manufactured in Japan but not yet launched in Malaysia. The program aims to build confidence and technical understanding among our staff to support potential customer engagement.
Held every 2–3 months, these sessions reflect our commitment to continuous learning and readiness for new market opportunities.

Nippon Kinzoku Co., Ltd. has announced significant organizational changes effective April 1, 2025, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer support.
1. The Corporate Planning Department will be under the control of the Management Headquarters, leaded by President Mr. Shimokawa
2. The Production Division and the Development and Sales Division will be integrated to form the Manufacturing and Sales Division, leaded by Managing Director Mr. Harada

Every year, Nippon Kinzoku Malaysia (NKM) will organized a company trip to all employees in order to motivate employees. In this year, NKM organized a trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from 20 May 2024 to 22 May 2024 for all employees in order to reward employees for their hard work and efforts in 2023.
